One of the most interesting events of the next four years will be the attempt by Texas to secede from the Union once the US Government defaults on its debt or continues to spend without limits as indicated by the US Congressional House of Representatives agreeing to the unlimited debt ceiling demand by the BHO White House. When this passes, the economy of the US will be completely wrecked. The stock market will drop between 500 - 1000 points in a single day, Moody's and S&P will downgrade the US debt to either A or AA at best. Once the debt downgrade occurs, the interest rates will be forced to rise and remember:

 

For each 1% rise in the federal debt interest rate, on average, taxpayers will have to pay $160 Billion!

 

This means that if interest rates where to rise back to a normal 4-5% the US taxpayer will have to pay between $0.6 to 0.8 Trillion USD in just interest rate payments. This will ultimately force the US Government to default or print money to comply. It is simply a matter of macro-economics and finance. Nothing to do with US uniqueness -- the Chinese with their much more disciplined approach to economics and finance are doing to the US what we did to the world after WWII.

 

What goes around, comes around, eh? Texas and other profitable states will find staying in the Union more and more egregious as they are called upon to pay for their cousins' follies. Man! If this is not like the novel by Ayn Rand, "Atlas Shrugged," I don't what is. Texas in this case is in the same position as the novel state of Colorado. The breakup of the Union is coming or at least a major dissatisfaction.

America's Continued Decline

 

While I do have to say I enjoy being right, the pleasure is subjugated to the sadness I feel for being right about how America is being torn down: stone by stone, regulation by regulation, billion by billion. There are news reports of how the future is going to unfold:

 

• 13,000 new US government regulations during BHO's first term,
• Increasing Chinese students in America's universities - displacing our own,
• Illegal immigrants taking billions of dollars in aid and welfare while flaunting laws,
• A White House that openly defies laws and its own regulations with impunity,
• A US Senate that defines its own laws in not producing a budget in over 3 years,
• A UN beginning to formulate laws that overarch the US constitution,
• Reduction in the protections offered by the Bill of Rights through fear and intimidation,
• A capitulation of the "fourth estate" to the demands of a socialist White House agenda,
• Even a bill to do away with the 22nd amendment - allowing BHO to be President in perpetuity.

 

These news stories can be found via a simple Google search, and I would suggest that anyone wanting to take exception with the course that America is taking do such a self-educational pilgrimage.

 

Do not get me wrong, I am not fearful of such a direction since it is necessary in order to allow the world to progress towards its ultimate goal - a single government under the control of single or small group of very powerful individuals without the masses given the same freedom of self-actualization. The masses will be tethered and managed to provide resources to those in control. The politicos of the US are just hoping that they will be in favor with those that finally posses the proverbial mace of power.

 

I am at peace with this since I am not blind to its unfolding screen play nor how to limit its totalitarian impact on me for the length of time I have left on this pitiful little planet. I trust you will find your solace in whatever side you decide to populate.

 

I will continue to show the direction America is taking from the stories in the news, and to show that it exists beyond the control of anyone, any organization, any party, or mindset to stop the slide into mediocrity. Our enemies should smarten up and realize that they do not have waste their time, effort, or blood on trying to take us down -- just let us do it to ourselves with the assistance of our Socialist in Chief - BHO.

 

His wife should now be proud of America -- its becoming the same lackluster, third world, unimportant country such as England, France, Greece, Italy, Span, and all the others that we are following down the rabbit hole of the Socialist or Collective Wonderland. She hates the US for its history, its use of slaves, and the mistreatment that she feels personally impacted by in her life. The Obamas want to see America pay for their "sins," on their terms, and with their currency. American will get what it elected -- its twilight.

 

The individual is dying, the collective is rising, the parasites are growing, the entrepreneur is disappearing, and we will all be worse for it. I just hope that I am alive long enough to see the liberals be able to partake of the spoils of their actions -- the loss of their freedom to express their opinions since when the collective takes over no one is given a pass. See the examples of the Soviet Union, China, Nicaragua, Cuba, etc. The press is used until the collective is in power, and then the press becomes an arm of the regime.

 

Like the Senate Democrats will soon learn -- be careful of what you think is in your best interests. Everything in politics is implemented with a double-edged sword: it cuts both ways.

America 2016 - What will the last World's Super Power Look like?

 

As China ascends, and America descends, what will the aspects of American life morph into? Let's take a spin on what the American of 2016 will look like, shall we?

 

1. With the Democrats in firm control of all branches of government, the BHO agenda will be firmly in place since the majority of the voting population don't pay taxes and in 2012 learned that they can now take from the so-called 1% by voting in the collectivist and altruists.
2. Obamacare will be firmly entrenched with all aspects in place and taking down the world's last truly free medical system. Doctors and nurses can't leave the US since there is no place to go with all other countries already suffering from their mistakes in government run healthcare.
3. Taxes will be higher than the Clinton years with unemployment back up over the 8-9% or higher if the US debt is in excess of $20 Trillion. The 2014 Democratic House will have given BHO the one things he has wanted since 2008 - an unlimited debt ceiling. Remember, he demanded this back in 2012 after he won his second term and before the Republicans caved on the "fiscal cliff," and became irrelevant.
4. The USA will only have one political party with two wings: a liberal extreme and a moderate center.
5. The labor unions will have staged a major comeback with the enactment of their "card check," and their will be a federal law making the entire US a "closed shop" or agency work place environment.
6. There will be approximately 30% less millionaires, and most of the billionaires will have left for less invasive jurisdictions -- remember the wealthy can live anywhere; the poor or takers will be left to demand more from the government they have put in place. Without the wealthy to take from, the poor will be without, and they will finally begin to realize that the government will also take from them -- first liberty and then money.
7. The American economy will be in shambles with gas running over $7 per gallon and rising. There will be cries of nationalization and condemnation of anyone that is making a profit -- how dare they? They should be required to give it up to the state for the betterment of all.
8. College tuition will be almost unaffordable prompting the nationalization of upper education whereby the federal government will determine who goes to college. While the might take a few more years to take place, the seeds of this reality will be clearly in place by 2016.
9. Public assistance will be at an all time high with a majority of the US budget earmarked for these transfer payments which will include the huge HHS control of the now single payor system healthcare that Obamacare morphed into as BHO and Nancy Pelosi (still going strong) warned us it would do.
10. Finally, the US military and intelligence gathering capability will be in shambles and laughable. The ranks will be decimated and depleted due to budget cuts needed to transfer monies to the transfer payments now demanded by the voting citizenry. The UN will be poised to take over the world's nuclear arsenal as a way to prevent the nuclear clash between Pakistan and India, and the near nuclear confrontation between Israel and Iran when Israel, without the backing of the BHO White House, attacked Iran to prevent that country from nuc'ing Tel Aviv.
11. Given the events of Friday at the elementary school in CT, I now am predicting a renewed effort to ban private weapons beginning with rifles, handguns, and ammo either through direct federal legislation or by becoming a signatory to the Agenda 21 from the UN.

 

OK, that's enough for now. I hope that I am wrong on many if not all of them, but I don't see how it can be such since the signs are here. There is a 30% chance that the situation will be more dire than I have predicted, and only about a 25% chance of it being less with a 45% chance of my predictions being right on the money. Time will tell; however, someone else will have to finish the tale since I will not be around in 2016 to see the state of the world at that time. Whew!
